PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stainless steel sheet used for cladding to a building and a vehicle with such glare protection properties that the glare to not only a passerby and a car driver but also a worker working in close proximity to the stainless steel sheet during its application, while keeping its beautiful appearance. SOLUTION: This stainless steel sheet has a transparent resin layer containing a dispersible organic substance particle with an average particle diameter of not less than 0.1μm formed at a ratio of 0.1 to 20 mass% to a resin on at least one surface of a dull finish stainless steel sheet having a centerline average surface roughness Ra of 0.5 to 5μm.
