PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in order to allow water flow to vertically across magnetic lines, a plurality of magnetic columns are housed in a water channel, however the plurality of columnar magnets narrow the cross-sectional area of the water channel, thus increasing pressure loss. SOLUTION: One magnetic column 13 is housed inside a magnetic cylindrical body 10, thereby magnetic lines generated from the columnar magnet 13 toward the inner wall of the magnetic cylindrical body 10 are vertical in the axial direction, on the other hand, the direction of the water flow is parallel to the axial direction. Accordingly, the water flow vertically crosses the magnetic lines, thus enhancing the activated water efficiency.
