A fuel cell system is disclosed which enables to improve the power generation efficiency of a fuel cell (27) by reducing wasteful energy which has been conventionally discharged from a computer (10). The temperature of the fuel cell (27) can be adjusted by supplying heat generated in a CPU (11) to the fuel cell (27). Consequently, the fuel cell (27) can generate power while being kept at a temperature preferable for power generation.
