<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing ring which has no weld portion and prevents damage due to impact when incorporated into a rotary shaft. <P>SOLUTION: A sealing resin made of resin with a rectangular cross section has miters facing each other. When expanding the inside diameter of the sealing ring with three points support of the miters and an opposite portion of the miter, the thickness of the sealing ring is thinner than the thickness of the opposite portion of the miter in the area where the distortion in the sealing ring is larger than the distortion in the opposite portion of the miter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
