<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive foam roller which is reduced in electric resistance without affecting other properties such as flexibility, small in resistance rise when continuously electrified, and also has small environmental dependency of electric resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A rubber composition prepared by blending blended rubber comprising NBR (nitrile-butadien rubber) containing ≤25% of combined acrylonitrile, EPDM (ethylene-propylene terpolymer) and a polyethylene oxide-polypropylene oxide-allyl glycidyl ether copolymer (PO-EO-AGE) with an anion-containing organic metallic salt having a fluoro group and a sulfonyl group is foamed by adding a chemical foaming agent to the composition. At least one organic metallic salt selected from a metallic salt of bisfluoroalkylsulfonimide and a metallic salt of fluoroalkylsulfonic acid is used as the above anion-containing salt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
