PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve lease task efficiency by easily managing lease articles in a lease company or a rental company when a lease article such as a personal computer or construction machine is leased.

SOLUTION: When the locations of lease articles A and B are different from location information stored in an IC tag 23, the location information of a reader/writer 24 itself is inputted to a reader/writer 24, and the inputted location information of the reader/writer 24 is transmitted to the IC tag 23, and the location information of the lease articles A and B stored in the IC tag 23 is rewritten with the location information of the reader/writer 24.
