The wall component has at least one outer plate (10) and a heat insulating layer (11). The outer plate has a number of optical collector elements (14) with focal plane in that of the heat insulating layer. The latter, behind the optical elements, has transparent radiation passages (15), whose inlets (15a) are adjustable to the element focal regions by relative shift. The plate facing side of the insulating layer pref. has a reflecting film (18), leaving the passage inlets free. The radiation passages may form channels with reflective surface films (16). Alternately optical fibres may be used. The optical elements may be holograms with spectral effect. ADVANTAGE - Partial regions for sun radiation passage.
