Counting system for CD disc use - is built into turntable and is triggered each time system is used
摘要
When a CD disc or similar item is located on a turntable the underside causes leaf spring element (3) to deflect. The end of the leaf spring presses against the angled surface of a pivotted link (4) which turns through an angle about a support pin (10). The end of the link is formed with a crank shape (5) that engages a toothed wheel (7). Each time a disc is located the link deflects to index the wheel and is registers a count. At a certain point a recess (14) is reacted and further rotation cannot occur. Interference is prevented by a covering layer of foil. ADVANTAGE - Protects against interference.
