PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method by which a molded vacuum valve excellent in heat cycle resistance can be obtained even when employing an automatic pressure gelling process. SOLUTION: First, a treatment agent film 3 is coated from at least fixed shaft 41 of a vacuum valve over the outer surface of a vacuum vessel 5. After that, the valve is placed in a mold used for the automatic pressure gelling process, and an epoxy resin composition is injected and cured to mold the outside of the vacuum valve having the film 3 with an insulating layer 1 comprising the epoxy resin. The treatment agent film 3 contains a curing accelerator for the epoxy resin composition and a silane coupling agent having an amino group or a mercapto group. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
