PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate suitable for use in the inner layer material of a house or vehicle, comprising an ethylenic copolymer and polyvinyl chloride and excellent in interlaminar adhesiveness and surface characteristics. SOLUTION: This laminate is obtained by laminating a resin layer (A), which is formed from a material selected from an ionomer (a1) comprising an ethylene/unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer, an ethylene/unsaturated ester copolymer (a2) and a composition of (a1) and/or (a2), and a polyvinyl chloride layer (C) through a polyurethane-polyisocyanate type adhesive layer (B).
