PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wastewater passage stream, drainage system, and its construction method simple in installation, early in the construction period, having durability and capable of securely draining. SOLUTION: The wastewater passage has a tabular stream passage 12 covered with a crack 13 forming a clearance, generating on the inner wall part 4 of a tunnel, a pair of insertion parts 9a, 9b suspended in the inner side than the end of the stream passage 12 to be intrusive into the pair of grooves 14a, 14b caved on the inner wall 4 sandwiching the crack 13, a holding part 11b held in between the inner wall 4 sandwiched by the pair of grooves 14a, 14b and the stream passage 12, a fixing part 6 fixing the outer stream passage 12 than the pair of insertion parts 9a, 9b suspended in the stream passage to the inner wall part 4, and a water seal part 15 formed between the pair of grooves 14a, 14b and the pair of insertion parts 9a, 9b.
