PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogenated nitrile rubber in which adhesiveness is improved while excellent rubber physical properties are maintained, and to provide a drive belt using the same. SOLUTION: The hydrogenated nitrile rubber composition, which is used at least for a tooth part 2 of a timing belt 1, comprises 100 pts. mass of a hydrogenated nitrile rubber, 45-60 pts. mass of the sum of carbon black and silica, wherein the ratio of carbon black to silica is adjusted to be in the range of 5:4 to 5:1 and a silane coupling agent is mixed in 5-20 mass% of the silica.
