PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator monitoring center device capable of easily setting a proper determination value for an elevator monitoring terminal unit monitoring an elevator having special specifications which is different from an elevator having standard specifications. SOLUTION: This elevator monitoring center device is provided with a determination value preparation part 13 for preparing a determination value by extracting a standard determination value B to be set in the elevator monitoring terminal unit 3 from a standard determination value storage part 11 and extracting an individual determination value D from an individual determination value storage part 12 and joining these values and a measured value determination part 15 for urging setting of an individual determination value by counting a case where a specific measured value is out of a scope of a determination value continuously by the predetermined number based on a measured value measured by the elevator monitoring terminal unit 3.
