PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved tissue fixing device capable of firmly fixing a graft without a risk of fracture or damage of the graft. SOLUTION: The tissue fixing device, preferable to be used for fixing a ligament or a graft within a prepared bone tunnel, for example, in the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) replacement operation, is provided. The tissue fixing device comprises a slender member with a shaft part matched to be at least partially disposed within the bone tunnel and a guide part constituting part of the base end of the slender member. The guide part has a graft seating fastening surface, effective for fastening the graft and disposing the graft toward one side of the bone tunnel when the tissue fixing device is disposed within the bone tunnel.
