PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut-off structure for a vertical joint part between external wall panels facilitating construction at a site by forming a part between the laterally adjacent external wall panels into a cut-off state simultaneously with the erection of the external wall panels. SOLUTION: A column 2 of a building skeleton is provided behind the part between the adjacent left and right external wall panels 1, 1, and vertically extending spacers 5 used also to cut off water are provided at vertical panel frames 4 of the side parts of the respective external wall panels 1, 1. the spacers 5 are clamped into a cut-off state between the vertical panel frames 4 and the column 2 to form a vertically extending drainage space part 9 between the spacers 5, 5. In each of the external wall panels 1, 1, a part between the vertical panel frame 4 and an external wall surface material 3 is cut off by a waterproof sheet 8 serving as a second cut-off material.
