PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a real-time purchase application from a POS register customer input device upon a view of customer-displayed advertising information at settlement. SOLUTION: A POS register 100 sends customer segment and purchase merchandise information input via an input device 120 to a sales information holding and analysis system 200; on receiving related merchandise information from the sales information holding and analysis system 200, displays the received related merchandise information on a customer screen 130; and if an additional purchase application is made about the displayed related merchandise information via the customer input device 140, displays additional purchase information on a seller screen 110 to execute settlement based on the additional purchase information. The sales information holding and analysis system 200, on receiving the customer segment and purchase merchandise information, sends the related merchandise information to the POS register 100 according to the received customer segment and purchase merchandise information.
