PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simultaneously forming a plurality of panels utilizing a pair of large-sized glass substrates. SOLUTION: The method has a step for forming a plurality of pixel regions having thin film transistors and a plurality of integrated circuits on a first substrate, a step for sticking the first and a second substrates to each other at a prescribed interval using a sealing material and segmenting the substrates into a plurality of panel regions by the sealing material and a step for separating the first and the second substrates together with the sealing material.
