PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize the back side of release paper which is not used in the present form without causing substantially no increase in cost, while assuring the exactness of a job by having a duplicate piece so as not to cause waste of resources and wasteful clerical errors. SOLUTION: The delivery slip of a 1pt system is integrated with a slip substrate 11 and a tack sheet 12 for sticking the slip substrate 11 to a delivery cargo by a pseudo-adhesive structure 16 and/or adhesive structure 16b so that they can be partially removed. The tack sheet 12 consists of a tack substrate 13, a tacky adhesive layer 13, tacky adhesive paper 14, and peeling paper 15. Printing on the back side of the peeling paper 15 is made possible. When the peeling paper 15 is removed, its secondary use as a "shipping duplicate", "depot duplicate", "sales slip", etc., is possible. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
