PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set an access point function and a station function on a radio communication terminal such as a home server. SOLUTION: In the case of manual setting, a communication function determining part 114 allocates the access point function or the station function to a first transmitting and receiving means 111 and a second transmitting and receiving means 112 on the basis of the manual setting. The function may be fixed to the respective transmitting and receiving means. In the case of automatic setting, if a communication state managing means 115 does not detect the existence of an access point, the communication function determining means 114 sets the first transmitting and receiving means 111 so as to operate by the function of an access point. If the communication state managing means 115 detects the existence of the access point, the communication function determining means 114 confirms a connection request from a user and performs connection by the station function of the first transmitting and receiving means 111.
