The device has a viewing window gear wheel (5) with a viewing window rotatable on a spring house shaft (11), a marking carrying gear wheel (14) with a marking fixed to the shaft below the gear wheel and with a different number of teeth, whereby the marking can be seen through the viewing window depending on the relative position of the gear wheels, and a planetary wheel (21) rotatably mounted on the spring house that meshes with both gear wheels to positively couple their rotations with a defined difference speed.
