There is provided a minute magnetic body made of a flat ferromagnetic body with a flat portion shape having an axial symmetry axis and not symmetric in the direction vertical to the axial symmetry axis. When a parallel external magnetic field disappears, the minute magnetic body exhibits an annular single magnetic domain structure. An MRAM using the minute magnetic body and their manufacturing methods are also disclosed. In the minute magnetic body of nano-scale, it is possible to control the direction of magnetization and eliminate the limit of the number of rewrite and write-in processes.
