摘要 This invention is used in the automation of loading and unloading processes in construction mechanization. The method is based on pressure measurement in the power cylinders, the position of the boom and the bucket, and the internal combustion engine revolutions. It involves the generation of control signals for the hydraulic valves of the hydraulic transmission of the hydraulic cylinder for the boom uplift and of the hydraulic cylinder for bucket rotation for the purpose of optimal bite. The device is mounted on a main machine and contains a logical and computer control block (13) connected with a sensor system (26 - 32) through a numerical input block (16), and with the hydraulic valves (7, 9, 10) through a numerical output block (20), with the hydraulic cylinders (6, 8) through an analogue input block (15), with the controls of the main machine through a switching block (21), with data input block (14) and with a state indication block (24). The device includes also an initial definition and control block (17) and a serial interface block (18).
