This additive is applied in the construction sector to regulate the setting time of concrete and cement mortar. It decreases corrosion of concrete reinforcement, is harmless and environmentally friendly, and is produced via a simplified method, which ultimately increases productivity. The additive is based on sodium sulphate and additionally contains in weight p.: ground limestone 0.05 - 98.9, ammonium bicarbonate 0.001 - 90.9, and sodium sulphate 0.05 - 98. The ground limestone is either a 20 - 70% dispersion with a grain size between 0,001 to 0.4, a dispersion ranging from 20 to 80% and a grain size between 0.4 to 2.5mm, or a dispersion ranging from 0.1 to 20%, and a grain size between 2.5 - 5 mm.
