PURPOSE: A disk and hub assembly of an electronic clutch is provided to prevent an elastic member from being broken by minimizing the shear stress of the elastic member due to excessive torque using many protruded parts formed toward the elastic member on the outer circumference of an inner ring. CONSTITUTION: A disk and hub assembly of an electronic clutch includes a breakage-preventing unit(121) of which certain parts are protruded toward an elastic member(140) connecting an inner ring(120) with an outer ring(130) to prevent the elastic member from being broken by the excessive torque generated between the inner ring and the outer ring. The breakage-preventing unit comprises protruded parts(123) formed by placing one bent faces separated by incised parts(122) in contact with the other bent faces.
