<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone capable of suppressing power consumption of a camera without impairing functionality of the camera and reducing power consumption of a battery. <P>SOLUTION: The cellular phone lowers the frame rate of a video image which the camera 5 outputs by a camera control part 4 when an object is continuously monitored by the camera 5 and when there is no input from an input part 1 for a prescribed time or stops video image output of the camera 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
