摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the fluctuation in power supplied to an electric power system in a fuel cell power generation system which controls a catalyst and the like by ON/OFF control of an electric heater, convert the DC power generated into AD power and supplies the AD power to an electric power system. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell power generation system is constituted of a power converter (3) which converts the DC power generated by a fuel cell (2) to AD power and then supplies the AD power to an electric power system (5) and individual heater control circuits (4a, 4b). The individual heater control circuits each selectively switch a power source between the side of an output of the power converter and the side of an output of the fuel cell, and individually make ON/OFF control in the heater temperature detected. The individual heater control circuits select the side of the output of the power converter after initiation of activation until initiation of power generation. After the fuel cell starts to generate power, the circuits selectively switch the power source to the side of the output of the fuel cell in the case where the ON duty of the ON/OFF control is equal to or less than a predetermined value in the state where the side of the output of the power converter is selected, or to the side of the output of the power converter in the case where the ON duty is equal to or more than the predetermined value in that state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
