<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide screen printing equipment which enables a printing parameter to be rapidly and accurately set for a wide range of kinds of solder and a screen printing method, and a screen printing method. <P>SOLUTION: In printing parameter setting processing for setting the printing parameter including the squeegee moving velocity, printing pressure and snap-off condition of the screen printing equipment, processing procedures are pre-fixed so that firstly, the squeegee moving velocity for moving a squeegee can be set in a first process, so that subsequently, the printing pressure for realizing a desired filling state of the cream solder can be set according to a filling state inspection in a second process, and so that furthermore, the snap-off condition for realizing a desired transfer state of the cream solder can be set according to a transfer state inspection in a third process. Thus, the printing parameter setting processing can be performed according to the rational processing procedures, and the printing parameter can be rapidly and accurately set for the wide range of kinds of solder by eliminating backtracking operations caused by trial and error. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
