LOAD WEIGHT OBJECT PERFECT TRI-DEGREE-OF-FREEDOM DRIVE GEAR

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load weight object perfect tri-degree-of-freedom drive gear capable of simultaneously applying an appropriate preload to two rotors of two ultrasonic motors.

SOLUTION: The employed featuristic configuration means includes first and second horizontal wing members 4 and 5 and a plurality of first elastic bodies 6 that transmit an axial action in perfect tri-degree-of-freedom direction which is acquired by synthesizing the axial rotational movement of a rotor 1b of a first ultrasonic motor 1 arranged above an ultrasonic motor fixing member 3 with the axial tilting movement of a rotor 2b of a second ultrasonic motor 2 arranged below the ultrasonic motor fixing member 3, to a load weight object β. A counter weight 7 for reducing and compensating the inclination load torque occurring at the load weight object β following the axial tilting movement in the axial action that has been transmitted.
