PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device with a sensor, dispensing with a plurality of processes, being simply and accurately assembled, and thereby dramatically enhancing its productivity. SOLUTION: This rolling bearing device 10 with a sensor is equipped with a sensor part 12 comprising a first holder 17 close-fixed to one end part of an inner ring 13, a second holder 18 close-fixed to one end part of an outer ring 14, a magnetism generator 19 fixed on either one of the two holders 17 and 18, and a magnetism detector 21 coming contactlessly close to the magnetism generator 19, fixed to the other one of the two holders 17 and 18, and receiving magnetism generated by the magnetism generator 19 to generate an electric signal. A sensor housing 20 is provided for holding the magnetism generator 19 or the magnetism detector 21.
