PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem in a conventional electrochemical cell with a terminal that its case sealing part is hidden with a terminal or a circuit board and detection of electrolyte leakage is difficult. SOLUTION: The relation between the total length L of boundary lines 105, 106 between the inner circumference and the outer circumference of a case and a sealing part 104 and the total length T of the boundary line making disappear by being hidden with a terminal is set in T≤L/3. A hole is pierced in a part of a covered part of a sealing part of the terminal to enhance visibility. When an electrochemical cell is fit to a circuit board, it is fit so that a case sealing part is faced to the direction other than the circuit board.
