PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack reducing the number of components, surely preventing electrical leak from a connecting part of batteries, and to provide the battery which is a constitution element of the battery pack. SOLUTION: Lithium ion batteries 100, 101 have a power generation element whose periphery is sealed with a laminated film. The tip part of a positive terminal 131 of the lithium ion battery 101 and the tip part of a negative terminal 132 of the lithium ion battery 100 are joined. The laminated films in the periphery of the joined part are stuck each other. One side of the joined part 133 of the positive terminal 131 and the negative terminal 132 is covered with a laminated film 141 of the lithium ion battery 101, and the other side of the joining part 133 is covered with a laminated film 142 of the lithium ion battery 100.
