PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle electronic device allowing a driver to previously sense starting timing of a driver's own vehicle present in a vehicle line in a traffic jam or the like. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle electronic device has: a communication means capable of performing inter-vehicle communication; and an information output control means controlling information such that the driver can previously sense the timing wherein the driver starts the own vehicle, on the basis of movement start information about another vehicle obtained from the communication means, and outputting it. This navigation device outputs the information such that the driver can previously sense the timing wherein the driver starts the own vehicle, on the basis of the movement information about the other vehicle obtained from the inter-vehicle communication by the information output control means. Accordingly, even when the own vehicle stops because of the traffic jam or the like to hardly grasp the starting timing, the driver can sense that the movement timing of the own vehicle is near, and can smoothly start the vehicle without feeling stress even in the traffic jam.
