PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispose a guide member to properly drop a recorded medium toward a recorded medium stacker at low cost and with high precision. SOLUTION: A printer 1 has a recessed part 28a in a platen 28 facing a recording head 26 for executing printing without leaving margins in recording paper P. Ink drops wasted in the recessed part 28a are discharged to a waste liquid tray 34 disposed under the platen 28. The recording paper P is discharged to the stacker 35 by means of a discharge drive roller 29 and a discharge follower roller 30. Between the stacker 35 and the discharge drive roller 29, a guide surface 33a is provided. A rear end of the recording paper P discharged is slid by the guide surface 33a toward the stacker 35. A guide part 33 forming the guide surface 33a is integrally formed with a wall part 32 and the waste liquid tray 31.
