PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air supply device capable of compacting a device whole body and reducing intake noise more and a forklift equipped with the same. SOLUTION: A rear tower 41 having a space (expansion chamber) 41b inside is provided on a top surface of a vehicle body frame. A rear pillar 29 having a passage 29a inside is attached to the rear tower. An air inlet 29b communicating with the passage is provided in the rear pillar. The passage and the space in the rear tower are connected, a resin expansion type silencer 42 is connected to the space of the rear tower, and the expansion type silencer is connected to an air cleaner 43. A top surface 45a of a working fluid tank 45 is set lower than an upper end of a side plate 46 to form a space above the top surface and the expansion type silencer is provided in the space. A base bracket 50a is attached to the air cleaner, a support bracket 50b is attached to the side plate and base bracket is attached to the support bracket to support the air cleaner above the expansion silencer.
