LIGHTING INSPECTING DEVICE FOR LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To vary illuminance on a liquid crystal display panel without varying luminance of a backlight by using a dimmer shutter with a variable aperture. SOLUTION: In a lighting inspecting device to inspect a lighting state of the liquid crystal display panel 24 from the front surface side of the liquid crystal display panel 24 by disposing the backlight 18 on the rear surface side of the liquid crystal display panel 24, the dimmer shutter 32 with the variable aperture is disposed between the backlight 18 and the liquid crystal display panel 24. The dimmer shutter 32 has a rotary sector type structure and is set to have an arbitrary aperture by varying a rotation angle of the sector.
