PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control member that can give a high vibration-attenuating property and a low-vibration brush for a motor. SOLUTION: This vibration control member is provided with a binding layer and a viscous and flexible layer, and the binding layer is made of a fiber base member impregnated with an impregnant. An impregnant containing resin is desirable. As the resin, an unsaturated polyester resin and/or an epoxy resin can be used suitably.
