PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a mobile terminal of a receiver side receive a call in a manners mode by an operation of a caller side without ringing incoming tone. SOLUTION: This mobile communication network system has a mobile terminal 1 of the caller side provided with a function of transmitting a normal transmission signal and a transmission signal for a manners mode, an exchange 3 provided with a function of transmitting the normal incoming call when the normal transmission signal is received from the mobile terminal 1 and transmitting the incoming signal for a manners mode when the transmission signal for a manners mode is received from the mobile terminal 1, and a mobile terminal 2 of a receiving side provided with a function of normally receiving a call when the normal incoming call is received from the exchange 3 and receiving a call in the manners mode when the incoming signal for a manner mode is received from the exchange 3.
