PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening ceiling floor structure capable of being provided to a required position of an habitable space and realizing the same fitting as that of the full-scale opening ceiling by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: In the open ceiling section 10 of a housing building 1, a beam 20 supporting the floor of a second floor 12 is exposed to the open ceiling section, the surface thereof is decorated to make it as a beam 2, and the open ceiling floor structure is constituted by providing flooring 3 capable of closing and opening the open ceiling section 10 on the beam 2. The flooring 3 is constituted in a foldable manner, and part of a spandrel wall 3a around the open ceiling section 10 is constituted in a folding state. A guide is provided to the top surface 2a of the beam 2, and the open ceiling floor structure is capable of sliding the flooring 3 on the guide. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
