PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction pile which has a structure that prevents disengagement thereof from an object in spite of a shallow depth thereof driven to the object, even when tensile force and bending force are simultaneously applied to the pile in a driven state. SOLUTION: The reaction pile has a collar portion 11 arranged on the side of a proximal end of a pile main body for ensuring reaction against drawing force. The collar portion overhangs sideways orthogonally to a pile axial direction and abuts on the ground to prevent further driving of the pile. The pile main body is formed of a helical portion 6, for instance. It is preferred that a piercing straight portion 7 for guiding the main body is formed at the tip of the helical portion 6 in a direction protruding toward the tip of the main body.
