PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer composition capable of favorably bonding other sealants even if an existing sealant remains and contributing to accomplishing good adhesion for various applicable members including glass, various coating surfaces and porous surfaces. SOLUTION: The primer composition contains as primer components preferably 0.05-10 mass% of a tin compound and preferably 0.1-10 mass% of aβ-diketone compound.
