METHOD FOR DISPERSING CARBON NANO-STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved method for dispersing a carbon nano-structure. SOLUTION: The surface of the carbon nano-structure is fluorinated with a fluorine-containing gas and the fluorinated carbon nano-structure is dispersed in a solvent.
