PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the heat efficiency and to remove volatile components in a fixing device in which a fixing roller and a pressure roller are arranged in the horizontal direction. SOLUTION: The fixing device is provided with the fixing roller 24 and the pressure roller 25 arranged in almost the horizontal direction in a fixing housing 23, a peeling member 29 arranged on the fixing roller, a supporting member 31 for supporting the peeling member and a shielding member 34 for shielding between the fixing housing and the supporting member.
