PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a scatter of the torque bias ratio in respective planetary gear apparatuses, and further to prevent a seizure of gears. SOLUTION: An internal gear 4 and a sun gear 7 are arranged in a housing 1 so as to rotate about their rotation axis L, and a planetary gear 8 is provided so as to rotate and integrally revolve around the rotation axis L integrally with the housing 1. The planetary gear 8 engages with the internal gear 4 and the sun gear 7. Helical gears are used for the internal gear 4, the sun gear 7, and the planetary gear 8. Friction washers 9, 11, 12 are provided between the disk portion 3a of the housing 1 and the end face of the external gear portion 7b of the sun gear 7, and between a bottom portion 2a and the engaging wall portion 6 of the internal gear 4, and between the engaging wall portion 6 of the internal gear 4 and the end face of the external gear portion 7b of the sun gear 7, respectively. The respective friction washers 9, 11, 12 are arranged so as to rotate about the rotation axis L and so as to rotate relative to the members which are brought into slide contact with both end faces of the washers.
