PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow with a heat radiation promotion mat capable of providing a user with cool feeling on the head when sleeping and making the user sleep well by the structure with an upper layer of the pillow with an appropriate hardness for obtaining rest of the head in the sleeping posture and naturally diffusing the heat transmitted from the head efficiently to the outside without working inside the pillow, and the heat radiation promotion mat with an excellent radiation effect, applicable to various members in addition to the pillow. SOLUTION: The heat radiation promotion mat consists of a heat conductive gel layer 2, a metal mesh body layer 4 disposed under the heat conductive gel layer 2 for diffusing the heat transmitted from the heat conductive gel layer 2, and a soft synthetic resin mesh body layer 5 disposed under the metal mesh body layer 4 for releasing the heat transmitted from the metal mesh body layer 4.
