摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form the three-dimensional blood vessel image of attentional route inside a vascular plexus and to accurately perform the extraction even for a winding blood vessel route especially in an ultrasonic image processor and a three-dimensional data processing method. SOLUTION: A blood vessel cross section extraction processing is executed at respective positions along a blood vessel route, and a reference plane Q<SB>i</SB>and a search plane R<SB>i</SB>parallel to each other are set in each blood vessel cross section extraction processing. A blood vessel cross section S<SB>i</SB>is extracted as a reference cross section on the reference plane Q<SB>i</SB>and the next search direction (search vector) U<SB>i+1</SB>is decided as a direction connecting the centroid G<SB>i</SB>and a temporary centroid K<SB>i</SB>obtained by a prescribed arithmetic operation on the search plane R<SB>i</SB>. Then, the reference plane Q<SB>i+1</SB>or the like is newly set in the next blood vessel cross section extraction processing on the basis of the search direction U<SB>i+1</SB>.
