PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exothermic material for fumigation as an exothermic container capable of carrying out a smooth generation of heat due to quick penetration of water thereto by only putting the exothermic container into a water container. SOLUTION: The exothermic material for fumigation is an exothermic material for heating and fumigating an agent for fumigation and comprises an exothermic material (3) generating heat on contacting with water and a closed container (2) for receiving the exothermic material (3).
