PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper long underwear for medical care or caring for covering and assisting urine leak from the crotch of a paper diaper. SOLUTION: This paper long underwear is so designed that legs (3) are formed around leg holes (2) of pants (1), water absorbing materials (6) are put into the front and the rear of the pants and the femoral region (4) and rubber shirrings (10) are made on ankles.
