The holder has a part (3) fastened to a bicycle frame, and a fastening stud (4) on the lock (2). The holder part has an undercut holder groove (6), which is open on one side and contains a thrust piece (11). The stud engages into the groove and the thrust piece engages on it for a partial positive connection. The thrust piece is held on the holder part via esp. a helical spring (9,10). The holder part has a mainly tubular fastening section with a fixing part (7,8), e.g. screw and/or clip, for esp. clamping to a bicycle frame. The holder part is of plastic and/or metal, and the stud is of plastic.
