EXTRUSION MACHINE AND EXTRUSION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion machine capable of obtaining a product shape having not only definite curvature but also continuously changing curvature in an extrusion process without performing bending processing in a post-process and capable of arranging forming equipments on a straight line.

SOLUTION: The movable die 12 provided on the output end of an extruder is moved and rotated in an arbitrary direction by a die driving actuator 22 through a block 32. A linearly constituted cooling water tank 14 is arranged in opposed relation to the output surface of the movable die 12. A plurality of movable sizers 13a-13c are provided in the cooling water tank 14 almost linearly and moved and rotated in an arbitrary direction by sizer driving actuators 23a-23c through blocks 33a-33c. The movable die 12 and the movable sizers 13a-13c are controlled so as to be moved and rotated to coincide with a formed product shape when a work is passed.
