<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet which balances adequate magnetic properties with high strength. <P>SOLUTION: The high-strength non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet superior in magnetic properties comprises 0.02% or less C, 4.5% or less Si, 3.0% or less Mn, 3.0% or less Al, 0.50% or less P, 5.0% or less Ni, further one or more elements selected from among Au, Be, Mo and W in the range of each 0.2 to 4.0%, and the balance Fe with unavoidable impurities; contains precipitates including either of Au, Be, Mo and W inside the steel sheet, having an average particle diameter of 20 nm or less; and has tensile strength not lower than CTS (MPa) shown in the following expression: CTS=5600[%C]+87[%Si]+15[%Mn]+70[%Al]+430[%P]+37[%Ni]+22d<SP>-1/2</SP>+230, wherein d is the average grain size of crystal grains. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
